HELP DESK INFOGRAPHIC

During an unexpected 3 month outage, I developed an infographic based on data collected from incoming help desk calls for their training system, FAITAS. This incoming call data was recorded over the outage, which helped create the infographic to guide users of the system on how to seek assistance for their issues. It was placed on their website.
