API FOR MOBILE TEXT SURVEYS

As an Implementation Associate, I used an Application Programming Interface (API) to create surveys for clients. The surveys are then sent out via SMS text messages to contacts that the clients already have in their databases. During the early stages of the project, I worked with clients to help draft a survey based on key questions to collect data. Once finalized, I placed the survey into the platform. By using the software, I created a survey using decision trees to run simulations and demos. I would then manage the project from start to end; from the first drafts, to QA checks, and launch of actual surveys for clients.
